Data we collect and store

To be able to give you access to your databases in the cloud and to bill you through your reseller, we need to collect and store the following informations.

About your company

• name, address, phone, email, language, contact person, VAT number

• your WinBooks Logistics reseller

About contact person accessing gowam

• login (which could be your email)

• the asymetric encryption of your password (it means that we do not know your password but we can check if the password match the one that your reseller send to you)

• first name, last name, email, mobile, language

• Logistics's user id

• role for the app

• modules you have access to

• start date

• stop date

• the list of Logistics database you have access to

What we do with your data

Your data are provided by your reseller.

We do not share to any third party, except your reseller, any of your data.

Your Logistics SQL database are managed by your reseller and we do not access these database.
